Questions
What happens after the free trial?
Your trial lasts 30 days. We ask for a card up front, and billing starts automatically when the trial ends — $10/month or $100/year, whichever you picked. We’ll remind you before the first charge, and you can cancel any time during the trial and pay nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings in a couple of clicks — no email required, no retention flow. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
How does the phone number work?
Your household gets a real, dedicated phone number. Calls, texts, and voicemails to it land in your shared Dashi feed, where either partner can read, reply, or return the call. It’s meant for household admin — schools, vendors, offices, sign-up forms — not as a replacement for your personal line, and it can’t be used for emergency calls (911).
Is my data private?
Your messages are processed to run the service — including AI classification — and for nothing else. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Details are in our privacy policy.
Can I bring my partner?
That’s the whole point. One subscription covers your entire household — invite your partner (or anyone else who runs the house with you) at no extra cost. Everyone sees the same feed, tasks, and agenda.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your paid period. After that, your household number and email alias stop receiving messages, and you can delete your account — which permanently deletes your household’s messages, tasks, and data.
